Orders under £75 are charged at £4.99 per delivery. Hire tools are free delivery.
Delivery of items over 30KG in weight or 1.4 meters in length may be delayed.

We use UK Mail tracking for our next day deliveries and a signature will be required.
UK Mainland orders come with a 1 hour predicted delivery time slot which is sent to you by email and text on the morning of delivery - to save you waiting in.

To qualify for free delivery, orders need to be over £75.00.
This delivery option applies to items over 30KG in weight or 1.4 meters in length.

Due to the size of our fleet for this delivery option we can only deliver to addresses with access for 44T articulated vehicles and 26T rigid vehicles.
We can offer a tail lift and pump truck for assisted delivery on our rigid fleet but we do not offer a Moffatt service for delivery.
Our rigid drivers are able to manually unload some goods from their vehicle but assistance would be required from the customer. This option is not available on our articulated fleet (all customer must have FLT’s for unloading)

We will endeavour to despatch orders placed before 2pm on a weekday on the same day (for European destinations). Transit time begins the day after a despatch email is sent – once our couriers are in possession of your parcel. FREE Shipping on orders over $150. All applicable sales taxes and import duties are included – the price you see is the price you pay.
Orders will arrive at your delivery address via USPS. Normal shipping times are 5-7 working days from placing your order. Delivery will be attempted once and a signature obtained if someone is available to sign for the parcel. Alternatively the parcel may be left in a safe place. If this is not possible your shipment will be held for up to 12 days and a delivery card left advising how you can collect your parcel from your local Post Office.

By continuing, you are giving permission for “Armadillo Business Parcel”, trading as DPD, (Customs Brokerage License № 0286/00, dated 30.12.2010) to Customs clear your purchases, and you are agreeing with the full Customs brokerage agreement (as per Clauses 435,437,438 of the Russian Civil Code).
Please ensure you give an email address and mobile number to the retailer to enable DPD to contact you by email or SMS with a login to a web page where you must enter some information (including passport data and information about your purchase).
Remember that the duty/tax free limit for importing goods for private use into Russia is 1000 EUR or 31kg per month. If one of these limits is exceeded, then the recipient will pay 30% on the excess EUR amount, and 4 EUR/kg for the excess kg amount
